Wholesome Foods

The less processed the better. Eat foods in their full form to minimize intake of sugar, salt and excess fat.

Eat seasonally as much as possible – our bodies thrive on foods that we were meant to eat when they are grown in our local area. Farmers Markets are plentiful, providing fruits, vegetables, eggs, dairy and meats. Pick your own apples in the fall and strawberries in the spring. Extra processing means extra chemicals – do what you can to minimize the intake of additives and preservatives. Your body depends on it.
